Our gift ideas for Grandmothers' Day
Like every year, on the first Sunday of March, we will celebrate our grandmothers. It's an opportunity to share a sweet moment with them.
They who have taught us so much, from grandmother's remedies to the secrets of family recipes. They pass on their wisdom and life experience to us. Their roles are as numerous as they are varied, sometimes confidantes and sometimes even second mothers. Guardians of family history, they always have a little anecdote to share, and we can't get enough of them.
It's all these little things that make our grandmothers so special, and deserve to be honored.

Where does Grandmothers' Day come from?
Grandmothers' Day was created in 1987 by the famous coffee brand "Grand'Mère". Originally, the concept was designed to boost the brand's sales by creating a buzz phenomenon. Years later, Grandmothers' Day continues to be celebrated.
Although it is not part of the official calendar in the same way as Mother's Day, this does not prevent us from celebrating our grandmothers and showing them all our love.
What about in other countries around the world?
Grandmothers' Day is not only celebrated in France, but we are one of the few countries to celebrate grandmothers and grandfathers independently. In Canada and the United States, for example, grandparents are celebrated.
