A family-run factory for biscuits, cakes, confectionery and chocolates located in Drôme Provençale

For several generations, we have been passionately crafting the finest biscuits, cakes, confectionery, and chocolates in the heart of the Drôme Provençale.
Drawing on expertise in almonds since 1833, passed down through 6 generations, the Biscuiterie de Provence has built its reputation on highly indulgent recipes...
Proud of its history but even more so of its current commitments! The Biscuiterie de Provence is growing with an eye to the future! Mindful of today’s challenges, and in the interest of future generations, the factory is driven by values it cultivates day after day. "We want to shape the future by championing ethics, proximity, transmission, and respect for our employees, our customers, our suppliers, and our planet" (France Bédouin, CSR Director).
It is therefore with transparency and benevolence that the Biscuiterie de Provence brings together its teams, its partners, and also a large number of local associations and students as part of their studies!
Traditional biscuit factory with innovative methods
Located in the Drôme Provençale, facing Mont Ventoux, we dedicate all our passion and expertise to the development and production of biscuits, cakes, nougats, chocolates, and calissons. Subtle blends of Mediterranean flavors, the sweet and savory delicacies from our biscuit factory bear witness to the richness of our region.
This is why we are committed to favoring and promoting local partners and ingredients such as Nyons AOP olives, Menton PGI lemons, as well as Picodon AOP, Drôme PGI white garlic, and Haute Provence PGI einkorn wheat.
End-to-end development
All of our recipes are crafted in our own workshops. We oversee their development, monitoring, and quality control, with each step managed by our quality department and validated by IFS certification for several years.
Furthermore, we have a workshop specifically dedicated to gluten-free products, governed by a set of very strict measures that allow us to ensure a total absence of gluten traces. And of course, our organic range also offers a gourmet selection of specialties.
All of our recipes, packaging, and sales materials are produced in-house by our multidisciplinary team based on suggestions from our customers.
A French SME with an international outlook
Each year, across 2800m2, around thirty people transform 60 tons of almonds into 250 tons of biscuits, delivered to over 1000 clients, to the delight of gourmets!
Thus, all our specialties now travel as far as the major capitals of Asia, Europe, and America, carried by the big names in fine foods, cherished by small provincial shops to large Parisian department stores.
