In our workshops facing Mont Ventoux, our team of pastry chefs makes our savoury snacks and sweet treats each week using traditional methods. Our secret? High-quality ingredients, sourced as locally as possible from producers near our factory, combined with indulgent recipes. No preservatives, artificial flavourings, palm oil or GMOs here: we build our expertise on simple recipes, just like at home. This is what makes us special every day and has enabled us to create such a wide variety of cakes and biscuits.

Since 2019, we have been completely transparent with our customers, explaining that we had just acquired a small artisan business that made a few biscuits, but mainly confectionery: calissons, nougat, and bars of dark or milk chocolate. We saw an opportunity to acquire new skills and offer our customers new gourmet products alongside our incredible recipes. So, after carrying out major expansion work, we began making all these complementary treats at the workshop.
