Collector's Box Red Vinsobres Croquettes

Inside this red collector's Croquettes de Vinsobres box are two of our crispy treats typical of the Drôme Provençale: 180 grams of almond Croquettes de Vinsobres, a recipe unchanged for over a century, as well as 180 grams of chocolate Croquettes de Vinsobres created by the Biscuiterie de Provence for the 110th anniversary of the original recipe.

The classic Croquettes de Vinsobres are enjoyed with both dishes and pair well with a variety of foods. Traditionally dipped in a glass of red wine, Croquettes de Vinsobres also wonderfully accompany sweet and sparkling wines. Enjoy these lightly sweet biscuits with a Sauternes, but why not also with a Muscat from Rasteau or Beaumes de Venise from nearby regions, or a sparkling wine (of course champagne, but also a Clairette de Die from the Drôme!). They are perfect for tea or coffee time and brighten up appetizers and desserts.
The traditional biscuit now has a version with 19% more chocolate to enhance this Provençal heritage recipe and bring something new to tradition!
