The Vinsobres Croquettes originate from a small Provençal village of the same name. In 1908, Henri Chauvet, then the village baker, created the almond Vinsobres Croquettes recipe. In 1985, the Bédouin family bought the recipe and continued the traditional production. Now, it is within the Biscuiterie de Provence, the 6th generation of the BÉDOUIN family, that the Vinsobres Croquettes are made. In 2018, to celebrate the centenary of this wonderful biscuit, the talented teams at Biscuiterie de Provence created a super indulgent chocolate version!
